Privacy Policy
Short version: we collect what you give us, use it to deliver what you asked for, and don't sell or share it. The longer version is below.
What we collect
When you fill out a form, run the Margin Multiplier, request the free Guide or buy a digital product, we collect what you enter, typically name, email, company and a brief description of your situation. We also collect standard website analytics (pages viewed, referrer, device type) via Google Analytics with IP anonymization. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store card details.
How we use it
To deliver what you asked for, send transactional emails (receipts, results, download links), and follow up with the occasional relevant email if you opted into a list. We use aggregate analytics to understand which content and tools are useful. We do not sell, rent or share your data with processors, PayFac partners or other third parties. We do not use it for advertising or retargeting.
Who processes it for us
We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to run the site and deliver what you asked for: Google Analytics for site analytics, Brevo for email lists, Resend for transactional email, Formspree for form submissions, Stripe for payments, and Vercel for hosting. Each has its own privacy practices, linked above.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time. Unsubscribe links appear in every email. Email hello@marginlabs.io with any request and we'll respond within 30 days. Transactional records (purchases, invoices) are retained per US tax requirements.
Changes
If we materially change how we handle your data we'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above. For meaningful changes we'll also email anyone on an active list.
